Your membership gives you access to the DriverSoftPro features included with the plan you choose. These terms explain how your membership works, including what’s included, how billing works, and what happens if you decide to cancel.

Depending on your plan, you may have access to features that make finding and updating drivers quicker and easier.
Some plans may include additional DriverSoftPro tools and features. What’s available depends on the membership plan you choose.
From time to time, we may offer members special pricing, promotions, or other offers.

Your account is your responsibility. Keep your login details safe and let us know immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without your permission.
Your membership is meant for your own use. Please don’t sell, transfer, or share your account with someone else unless your plan specifically allows it.
Please don’t misuse the software, interfere with our services, attempt to access them without permission, or use DriverSoftPro in a way that could cause problems for us or other users.
You also agree to follow our Terms & Conditions, EULA, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
The membership price and billing frequency will be shown before you complete your purchase. When you subscribe, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.
If your membership is set to renew automatically, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. If we make a change to your membership price, we’ll provide notice when required before the new price takes effect.
You can cancel your membership using the cancellation options available with your account or subscription. After cancelling, you’ll generally keep access to your paid features until your current billing period ends. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our Refund Policy.
You can end your membership whenever you choose. We may also suspend or end a membership if there’s a serious violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of DriverSoftPro, or behaviour that could negatively affect our services or other users.
Once your membership ends, access to paid features will stop. Any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
DriverSoftPro will continue to evolve, so these terms may need to change from time to time. If we make an important change, we’ll provide notice where appropriate. If you continue using your membership after the updated terms take effect, you’ll be agreeing to the revised terms.
