This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you” or “your”) and The Premium Center, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) regarding your use of the DriverSoftPro software and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using DriverSoftPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
The Premium Center, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use one copy of DriverSoftPro on a single Windows computer for your personal, non-commercial use.
The free version of DriverSoftPro lets you scan your computer to find outdated, missing, or incompatible drivers. Some features may require an active paid subscription, such as downloading or installing driver updates.
All rights not expressly granted herein are and shall remain the exclusive property of The Premium Center, LLC and its licensors.
You agree that you will not:
An active subscription provides access to premium features, including downloading compatible driver updates and any additional services included with your subscription plan.
Your subscription may be used only on the number of devices covered by your purchased license. Using the software on more devices than permitted may result in temporary suspension or restriction until the subscription is updated.
The Premium Center, LLC reserves the right to improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue software features or services at its sole discretion.
By using DriverSoftPro, you accept:
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
DriverSoftPro, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, documentation, and related content, is owned by The Premium Center, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants only a limited license to use the software. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
DriverSoftPro helps identify and install compatible drivers obtained from trusted sources. All drivers remain the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers or copyright owners.
The Premium Center, LLC does not claim ownership of any third-party drivers or hardware brands referenced by the software.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide compatible driver updates, users are responsible for reviewing updates prior to installation.
Payment of the then-current subscription fee is required for premium features. The purchase process will show prices for subscriptions, billing terms, and renewal conditions.
Where applicable, requests for refunds are processed through our published Refund Policy.
DriverSoftPro may release software updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements, or performance improvements from time to time to improve functionality, compatibility, and security.
These updates might install automatically or need your approval, depending on your software settings.
DriverSoftPro installs within the standard Windows Program Files directory unless otherwise specified during installation. You may uninstall the software at any time using the Windows uninstall process.
Some temporary files, logs, or configuration files may remain after removal where permitted by applicable operating system functionality.
This Agreement becomes effective when you install or use DriverSoftPro and continues until it is terminated.
You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the software and discontinuing its use.
The Premium Center, LLC may suspend or terminate this license if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
DriverSoftPro is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Premium Center, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the software will operate without interruption or that every driver update will resolve all hardware or system issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Premium Center, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of DriverSoftPro.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement and our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and The Premium Center, LLC regarding the use of DriverSoftPro.
If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The laws of The Premium Center, LLC shall govern and be interpreted under the Agreement, without regard to the principles of conflict of law.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade laws governing the use, transfer, or distribution of DriverSoftPro.
The software may not be exported or re-exported where prohibited by law.
DriverSoftPro may include software libraries or components licensed by third parties.
Such components remain subject to their respective license terms, and nothing in this Agreement limits any rights granted under those third-party licenses.
